Comfortable and relaxing
We enjoyed walking at the beach (2 blocks away), riding a surrey at the beach and visiting State Street for shopping and eating. It was a relaxing get-away that fit our "play it by ear" plans to a tee.

The restaurants on State Street are unusual and quaint. Be prepared to spend a little extra.

Good location, normal cost for area
Really is in a great location for seeing the ocean-side of Santa Barbara, a couple of blocks from the beach/harbor and half way between the wharf and the harbor so positioned nicely! Nice touches for visiting, wine and cheese tasting and cookies and milk every afternoon/evening. Only downside is that Castillo street is a fairly busy through-fare and traffic can get noisy.

Sehr schönes Hotel
Ein kleines, gepflegtes, sehr süßes Hotel in Hafen/Strandnähe. Obwohl an einer befahrenen Straße gelegen, hat man sehr gut & ruhig schlafen können. Kleine Aufmerksamkeiten wie Champagner auf dem Zimmer, Wein & Käse-Verkostung am Nachmittag und gutes Frühstück haben den Aufenthalt abgerundet!
