GREAT LOCATION--OLD STYLE COMFORT!
I used to spend alot of time in Santa Barbara for business. This was my first experience with this hotel. GOOD CHOICE!! Very family friendly. We walked to the ZOO behind the hotel. We rode our bikes all around the beach directly from the hotel!!! The manager was tops as well. Very accomodating---and a Hawaian Shirt model to boot!! Dont miss the Wheat Germ Pancakes across the street at the East Beach Grill. The whole experience was great!!!

Nice value in a beautiful town
The Inn at east beach was an excellent value so close to the beach. Just behind the ocean road at half the price of hotels directly behind it. The staff are very friendly and made good recommendations of things to do and see in Santa Barbara. I would return to this hotel and recommend it to others. There was no ac in the rooms but it was not needed in this moderate climate.

A pleasant surprise
We were pleasantly surprised to be told that our reservation had been upgraded to a suite with full kitchen. There was no air conditioning, but ceiling fans and pleasant breeze from the nearby ocean kept us very comfortable. A fireplace took away the evening chill. Management was very friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay there again when visiting Santa Barbara.

Hidden secret
We thought that for the size and comfort of the room and the location (one block from the beach), this hotel was a great value for the money. Was friendly and very accomodating. Even printed out our boarding passes for us and called the restaurant to confirm our reservations.We would like to return to beautiful Santa Barbara for a longer time and stay again.

VERY FRIENDLY
THE OWNER IS DELIGHTFUL. THE ROOM WAS QUIET. THE LOCATION WAS GREAT. PARKING WAS AMPLE. THE FIREPLACE WAS NICE AND HAVING A REFRIGERATOR AND COFFEMAKER WERE VERY HANDY. WOULD DEFINETLY TRY IT AGAIN.

Great place to stay
The Inn at East Beach was not only at a great location, the staff was friendly and extremely helpful. The rooms were roomy and the beds were huge and extremely comfortable. If I went back to Santa Barbara, I would definitely stay here again.

Schönes Hotel
Ich habe mich sehr wohl gefühlt, es fehlte an nichts, das Personal war sehr nett und das Frühstück konnte sogar in der Sonne auf der Terasse eingenommen werden.
