Too small beds
Ok hotel, but the double beds here are smaller than single beds in other american hotels. For visiting Isla Vista, too far away from downtown Santa Barbara.

Ants infestation in the bathroom
The Bathroom was barely clean and had a major problem with an ant infestation and a clogged toilet. The iron was not working and the bedspread had some suspect stains. Overall the cleanliness of the room needs to be improved!!!

If I hadn't prepaid, I would've left
I complained to the staff about the dirty (hair) shower. It didn't improve or change for any of the 3 nights I was there. And housekeeping was there everyday. The shower dripped all night, every night. The AC was inadequate. Room to room noise was bad as was the outdoor noise of people walking by in front of the door.

the room was great, but the price is quite high. staff was good and so was the help. bed and pillow very comfortable and clean.

Bad location, smells like dumpsters
Stayed for 2 nights w/my girlfriend in June. The smell of dumpsters is overbearing from the parking lot. Rooms are dark, and privacy is limited (windows face poolside). The location is dismal, miles away from dtSB. Highlights include heated pool and outdoor bar.

Found blood stains on the sheets!!!!
We were there to visit our son at school. We had stayed at this hotel once before and the location is close to where our son lives. This time when we checked in we had to wait a while. Only one girl at the front desk. When we checked in we were disappointed to not be able to get a king bed. We were told only the smoking rooms had one available. So we declined. When we woke up in the morning we found blood stains under my pillow and under my husband's pillow. We were completely disgusted!!!! I would NEVER stay in this hotel again!!!!!!

I slept good. very clean hotel. friendly and helpful staff. My Honeymoon. I will never forget this place and the moments we shared while our stay.
