Quality Suites John Wayne Airport

For the location to the airport, restaurants, and entertainment, Quality Suites was a great option. I especially liked the complimentary breakfast and toiletries that were offered when needed.

Nice hotel, good value and good location for business travelers

Great bargin for what you pay. Free breakfest, nice pool, microwave, frig can't beat it. very comfortable and a great location for us.

Hotel was great, but didn't like waiting in line for thirty minutes to get food. So didn't eat breakfast. Other than that I was very pleases

Staff was friendly and efficient, but the rooom set-up was not ideal for families with young children. Only one sink for a family to share made the morning hectic. The hot tub was out of commission and that disappointed the kids. Food was ample, but greasy.

Firstly, no bedbugs!! Motel was clean and the staff was helpful and left extra bottled water daily when I left a note requesting more. The first day two bottled waters were left as a welcome. The room was tidied each day, as usual. Generally speaking,the area was quiet and well maintained. My husband and I especially enjoyed the gratis, full service breakfast each day. The cooks were very skilled and organized at getting meals filled accurately and quickly. The only area I was unhappy with was the fee to use the computer in the lobby. I wanted to do a preflight check in with the airline and print our boarding passes since I didn't bring a computer with us. The $3 fee and per minute charge seemed unnecessary when a simple program to block certain sites could have been used if their intention was to keep teens and children from using the computer. Surely they already have other computers on line. It did not appear the computer was in use very often; I did not see anyone using it during our stay.

I took my son on a flying vacation as a treat for great grades. We spent most of our time flying a 4-seater plane and only planned on sleeping in the hotel room, which turned out to be a good thing. There were a bunch of small little things that made the stay so mediocre. The free internet was spotty at best. The door security latch screws I could tighten with my fingernails... and I did tighten them. The bathroom door knob only open the door turning one way. Even the electric sockets had issues. If you plugged in your rechargers, they would fall out because the sockets were too wide. I used a chair to keep the recharger in the socket. On the other hand, the beds seemed clean as did the room itself. Kids were plying in the outside hot tub, so that must have been heated, though the pool was not. All in all, for the [...] price, it was what I needed... a roof over my head.

I stayed at the upper level. Room was clean, comfortable and quiet. for the age, the facility seemed well maintained. In-room Wi-Fi speed was acceptable; the site lacked a functioning business center. I got a good value for the price and suited my needs to a "T".
