Holiday Inn SANTA ANA-ORANGE CO. ARPT

This hotel was nice, clean, and safe in my opinion. I went to Santa Ana for a Church Conference and this Hotel was chosen by the planners as appropriate for attendees. I could not have asked for a better location in regards to our reason for being there.

The hotel was great! The staff was very friendly and helpful. Our room was always straightened up when we got back at the the end of the day and it made it really nice because we were tired and didn't have to spend extra time cleaning or worrying about having to call down to the desk to get more supplies we had used up. The food was good at the hotel and I loved all the ammenities that were included. The only problem was that our toilet kept leaking or needing to be plunged. But the staff was very nice at fixing the problem, and when they couldn't they gave us a different room to use till the problem was better.

We took our son to CA for a national swim meet. We were very happy with the very friendly service we received at our hotel. The rooms were very clean and it was quiet and convenient. We would go there again in a heartbeat!

I was greeted as a Priority Member, and given a room. This hotel is just that, a hotel. For a business traveller it is located right near the Freeway with easy access to convenience stores. There are no good restaurants around this hotel. Many Holiday Inn hotels have gone through an extensive re-branding and renovation, this one seems to have been overlooked.

We were on a trip to Disneyland and Newport beach and this hotel is located midway between them. We got a nice big 2 queen bed room with fridge and microwave at a reasonable price. The hotel is close to a highway so there may be some noise.

I found it enjoyable during our stay in the hotel. It's location is near (about 15 min.)to disneyland and some shopping centers,and also it is near the airport.

Business trip. Near airport and planes flying overhead were noisy if outside. Poolside rooms have own gated pool entrance. Dinner restaurant was very small, hard to tell it was a restaurant but breakfast buffet was good at a reasonable price. Rooms were clean.

We had a early flight in the morning, this hotel was only a few minutes to the airport and easy access. The hotel room was very clean and the beds comfortable. They also gave you a choice of pillows, which is nice. Since we only stayed one night, we did not get to explore the whole hotel. But from what we saw it was very nice.

My overall visit was goo. The only problem I had was the comfort of the mattress. It was terrible. I probably wont stay there again based on that. It's unfortunate because everything else was great.

The Holiday Inn was centrally located in Orange County and was close to the school we were visiting and a nice drive to the beach. It is right by the freeway, so getting to places was easy. It was a very attractive hotel and the lobby and lounge were also attractive and well furnished. When we got to our room the hallway was clean and well lit. The only problem I had, and it was a minor one, was even thought it was a non-smoking room, there was still a faint smell of cigarette smoke in the room when you first entered it. I would have to turn on the air full blast to get rid of it. Once you were in the room with the air on it seemed to go away. Our stay was great and the room was very comfortable and clean. Lots of pillows on the bed! The bathroom was clean and you had enough room to get ready in the morning. My 16 year old daughter found it very comfortable, too.
