the first room i was in had a bad tv the front desk moved me immediately to a better room at no extra charge very nice

The Hotel was fantastic! The only issue we had was when calling for directions. It was impossible to get a hold on a human being on the phone! Actually we stopped at any hotel to get directions. Otherwise it was Perfect!

Perfect for a one-night stay. Clean, attractive, efficient. Room facing street was a little noisy, but not bad. Quite a bit of talking in the halls. But a good buy, and I'd stay there again. I'd rate it 3.5.

It's was awful

We had to take an unexpected trip down south and Booked this hotel. It was nice And clean but really busy ( we must have been there when there was a wedding going on) there was no parking at night and had to park on the other side of the hotel were they employees parked. Also they " ran out" of blankets Our first night so it was a little chilly. The bed was nice and comfy and wouldn't mind staying there again :)

Visiting family, the room was spotless friendly staff. We felt very comfortablet and safe in that area of town. Would use again on the next trip out to Costa Mesa.

I have booked many Hotels through online services and have always been pleasantly surprised, However this Hotel was not one of them. I booked a room that was supposed to sleep 4 and there was only enough bed space for 3. It seems as though I was given the worst room in the Hotel with ripped curtains and a broken down sofa bed. I was told there was nothing I could do about it because I didn't book through Marriott. I even offered to pay for an upgrade that would have given me the bed space I was promised and I was told by the Hotel it would be to complicated. You would be better off paying The extra $20.00 a night and be able to assert your consumer rights. If you book this Hotel through an online agent you will be treated differently and there will be absolutely No Customer Service for You.

We were in town for a 40th class reunion. The hotel was comfortable and quiet. Close enough to freeways and places to eat. The only thing that would of been better would of been a free breakfast.

Staff provided a fridge for the room. Coffee isn't 24hrs (as advertised). Laundry is done off site, get it in before 8am. Close to : John Wayne Airport (3mi), Disneyland (7mi), Hollywood (38mi), Long Beach (10mi).

We were a family of four traveling for pleasure. We were pleased with the check-in process and overall pleased with our stay. We used the small but functional pool and hot tub. The rooms were cleaned well and in a timely manner. The location was accessible to the highway and centrally located for our various events of going to the ocean, Knott's and LA to visit a museum. On the downside: Breakfast. I guess we read the information wrong but we thought breakfast was included. It was not. It consisted of a mini buffet of breads, cold cereal, scrambled eggs, bacon and drinks. It was already way over priced at $13.00 per peson and then I was charged extra for eating the oatmeal which was set out on the buffet with no sign indicating that it was not included in the price. Needless to say we only at there once.
