Wonderful Place
This is the nicest hotel I've stay at on the East Bay. The staff is very friendly and they have all the amenities. They actually have a grocery service where they will go to the grocery store in the morning for you free of charge. The rooms are always super clean and check-in and check-out is very simple.

Excellent staff & management
The people are very proffessional and pleasant to be around. The man at the dining area for breakfast was absolutely great. The girls at the front desk always had a smile. The room was well attended to. Great Hotel!

Super Value
Very friendly staff, well designed local map, large lounge area for our card games, prime location for east bay area enjoyment. we actually thought the two day quote was the daily rate, so we spent the "savings" on Christmas sales!

Relaxing
We came to the area to visit the Eugene O'Neill home in Danville. This seemed like it would be a good spot to stay and was it ever! I can't think of one negative thing to say. Have already recommended it to friends. If we find ourselves in the area again, there is no question that we would return.

Eugene O'Neill National Park. Amazing tour. Terrific guide. Great outing. Must have reservations 2 weeks in advance.

Great location
Hotel was located directly off of 680. Very convenient and close to fairgrounds. We had gone to the Good Guys Car Show that day and were on our way to UC Berkeley the next day. Restaurants were close within walking distance.

Efficient leisure traveler
Good price, but ...
You apparently must leave the room by a certain time if you wish to have housekeeping. Although we left a message for housekeeping and talked to the front desk, housekeeping was not performed because we were in the room until mid-afternoon.

Great Service - Super Clean- Helpful
WE loved the good and caring service from the lobby to the dining room and maid service. We are vegetarians with allergies and got help toasting our non gluten bread plus the breakfast buffet allowed us to purchase single items we could eat!! That was soooo helpful with a hungry child! Great shuttle service and good location to get all the little things needed at a nearby shopping center! Thanks so much! The only thing that the place needs are bathtub grippers as we both almost went head over heels in the tub. We resorted to putting down a towel to insure our safety.
