San Pablo Express
Upon arriving to this hotel after a 6 hour drive, the first words out of the hotel desk clerk was "Reservations?!" I asked "excuse me?" to which she again stated "Reservations! do you have reservations?!" I said to her, "no, you are supposed to say welcome to Holiday Express how may I help you" She again asked "reservations?" seeing as how I was nt getting anywhere I gave her my Reservation number from Cheap Tickets. The receptionist did not have a name badge and was extremely rude to me and other guests. The beds were too soft, and the rooms smelled of cigarettes when it was a no smoking room. I will not go back to this hotel and I will not recommend to anyone.

Another Holiday Inn Express
Seems like any other Holiday Inn Express we stayed at, except the beds seemed rather soft and squirmy. Also no fan in the bathrooms. Otherwise quite clean and quiet. We came in late and left early so never checked out any nearby amenities.

NICE PLACE!
The nice-size suite and walking distance to shopping center made treating my husband's sudden-appearing cold symptoms easier to treat. Easy on and off the freeway without much freeway noise was also a bonus.

Great stay!
We were there for less than 24 hours but it was a great experience! Great size rooms and very clean!

Great place to stay
Only spent nights there, but it was a friendly environment and also clean. Beds were very comfy to sleep in.

The Lone Traveller
Great for a short stay to "take care of business". Not for pleasure....
Excellent people who work there. The area is not too good but the hotel is great for a quick visit to "take care of business" Clean room...vent in bathroom never worked. Clean, comfortable and good hot and/or cold breakfast.

Very Happy
Goodmorning! I booked a room for my friends that came in from out of town and I was very inpressed with the staff and the nice decor in the lobby. When we went to view the room we found it to be extremely clean and comfortable. (homey). My friends said they had a wonderful stay and really enjoyed the breakfast. I would reccomend this hotel to anyone in need of a nice place to stay. Thank, Evrita Romero
