Clean hotel not too far from San Francisco

This hotel was very clean and well maintained. It is only 20 minutes to Downtown San Francisco. Breakfast was busy at times but the staff was friendly and always working to keep the food stocked. Nothing in walking distance.

If you have an early flight.....

Perfect place to stay for that 6am flight out of SF airport. If you are looking for anything else, don't bother, but if all you want is a clean, comfortable room near the airport at a reasonable price, this is as good as any.

Place to stay near airport

It was a place to stay near airport. Was picking up traveler at SFO early in morning so we stayed close by rather than travel home at that hour. Room clean but AC kept blowing too much cold air. Ended up just keeping window open at night.

Small taqueria place just a few blocks down. Good food. Can either eat it there (if you can find a seat) or take back to hotel.

Good, clean, quiet. Great value for this area.

Stayed on a Thursday night. Arrived late and asked if there were a choice of rooms, we would like the quietest location. We were directed to a first floor room away from the freeway. And, it was quiet. Also, we experienced no noise coming from the outside corridor or overhead rooms. Included breakfast was very pleasant with offerings of dried cereals, juices, yogurt, coffee, hot water, scrambled eggs, and waffle iron with ready made batter.

Perfect for One Night Before SFO Flight

Property was convenient to SFO. Easy 10 minute access to HW 101 and to terminals from the hotel. Check in was painfully slow and I even had a prepaid stay. Staff was friendly. Grounds, lobby and rooms were clean. The beds were comfortable. The free WiFi was pretty decent for hotel WiFi. All in all, it was just right for a short stay near SFO airport. NOTE: There is no shuttle to the airport. They will reserve a taxi for you.

Unpleasant Stay

After agreeing that I had indeed booked after 1 April, and yet had seen promises of an airport shuttle (both on this travel site and the hotel's site), one employee (Ariel) dismissed me by telling the other one that my issues should have been resolved at booking. One of the reasons I chose this hotel was the shuttle. If I'd wanted a more expensive stay, then I would have chosen some place worth the extra $50. Everything else about the hotel was fine.

Perfectly Nice Airport Hotel

While the hotel is a little further from the airport than I'd like, it's still close enough for a quick trip up 101 to SFO. Breakfast starts at 6, which was fine for my 8am flight. It's close to the Coyote Point Park, which is nice for getting some fresh air and views of the city (entrance fee). Comfy room - no complaints. And the price was right.

Depends on the day.....

We stayed at this location for 3 weeks. Likely far too long but...The first nite we had a handicapped room which was done well with a roll in shower. When we returned we were switched to another room which was far down the hall, had a tub with a small shower bench and an 'excellent view' of the overflowing garbage bin. Lights went off as they pleased with no way to leave a nite light on for my husband whose vision is quite poor. Breakfast was very poor with no place you could go instead. There were no light options, fruit was limited to a single choice as were muffins. The safe didn't work nor did the microwave. I cannot imagine how this property was rated so highly.
