Nice enough

Our only minor complaint was really weak and watery coffee. Nice breakfast, clean room, great service. Super dog friendly! We'll stay again.

Shopping tip: Short walk from hotel

Farmers market on Thursday nights. There is a cute bus that stops in front of the hotel. Or, just walk 10 mins. Great shops in town.

good pool and tub

This hotel was low key on a week night, and the pool and hot tub were lovely for an evening swim and soak under the stars! Also, loved the waffle maker in the breakfast room, so fun!

ANTS - A million ANTS

Our room had a million ants - I told the recieptionist about the problem. I was told its because of the rain. " Because of the Rain " Did not fix my problem.

Thanksgiving in SLO

Good price for an above average motel in the heart of SLO. Very out of date TV. WI FI was very fast. Bath soap and shampoo was limited to only one bar of each for two adults. No local or national newspapers were available in the lobby, even for purchase!

Quite adequate

Check in was easy and quick. Parking spaces are almost non-existent, but manageable. Staff was very cordial. Facility appears to be more like a two star, but was advertised as a three star

One might stand...

Close to Cal Poly campus and walking distance to Downtown. Rooms are dated, and pool area looked uninviting. Could use total make over...

Perfect for what it is

When visiting our son at SLO this hotel works just fine. The location is convenient, room clean, bed comfortable enough, quiet, sufficient breakfast. It is no frills but nearly half the price of the Holiday Inn Express next door. Save your money for a fine dinner at Novo or at Costco for your kid.

Handy Spot/Great Value

Right off the freeway, yet close enough to town...short drive. We were right by the venue for the wedding we attended. Large room, high ceilings and quiet! Perfiect!
