Cozy hotel is closest option to California Polytechnic State University

Excellent Hotel, very, very clean
My stay was brief. However, it was very comforting, very comfortable bed, but mostly very clean both the room and the hotel in general.The breakfast exceeded my expectations. They really have a winning formula, I would not change anything.

Holiday Inn Express SAN LUIS OBISPO
enjoyable stay. Bed was very comfortable and really that is the most important factor for us. Pillows were lumpy, but we've had worse.

Soft Pillows , super soft white bedsheet
I took a road trip to Central Coast with my 3 sisters for a brief get away. The hotel is a bit more pricey than I would like to spend but I assume it is because of the time of year being summer and the location. The pillows are super soft and nice and the beds are clean and comfortable. The bathrooms are clean enough but there is a slight odor from the sink and its coming from the pipe. The carpet is clean and good size room. The TV is not flat screen but good enough. The AC went on and off to regulate the temperature and it had a loud sound every time it turned on. The breakfast is super good with bacon,eggs, bisquit and gravy, danish, fruits,cereals,bread,etc. The staff is helpful. I like the while robes hanging in the closet. Overall, we were content for a 2 night stay. But I think the rate can be lowered for the value we got.

Great Value and location
The hotel had a great location for all activities in SLO. The staff were all very pleasent. The hotel was good for a good weekend getaway. A great bang for the buck

The staff was very friendly and helpful. Our stay was very brief and a more comfortable bed with sufficient pillows would have been better. The morning breakfast buffet was excellent and helped us to get on our way quickly. I would stay here again if I was in the area but I would bring my own pillow.

Pleasant stay and great value
We went to the Scott Kelby World Wide Photowalk in Morro Bay. The hotel is new and a great location to go to Morro Bay (15 min away)and very close to Cal Poly. The morning breakfast was tasty and saved us about an hour since we had that done before we left. The room was roomy and the was a mini refig that came in handy. The staff was effecient and pleasant. Only issue was our room was near the exit door and people coming and going were very loud at times. Other wise a great stay. I found the best value to be and Holiday Inn Express I'm always impressed.

SO SO ...
The Hotel looks nice, the rooms looked nice but: we found a cockroach in the bedding (Gross) the AC only worked kinda ..the cooling unit was loud and wouldn't cool the room much at all. The Shower, while clean, had little cold water. Wierd I know, you could eather take a scalding hot shower or a molten lava shower. Not a value at this price point.

IF you land during the week...eat early...nothing much was open after 8pm...we ate at FAT Cats, it was horrible.
