Hotel was very crowded and is not setup to handle large crowds. Elevators take forever and are jam packed when they do arrive. Called down for assistance with our luggage when checking out. Waited 20 minutes, nobody showed up. Do not recommend
A little pricey, but it's Silicon Valley. Great bar and food. A lot of business travelers so it was a very comfortable environment for a woman traveling alone. The room was spacious with plenty of room in the bathroom. The soaps and shampoo
Having been a road warrior over the years, I am always unimpressed with hotel until they impress me. With only one small exception, this hotel maintained an extremely high level of personal service and attention to detail.
Valet parking, check
in/out, room comfort and cleanliness, location to convention center and other restaurants, efforts outside of the ordinary made the stay very pleasant. Only dissapointment was very long room service wait time due to high demand (2 1/4 hours) that forced me to use other sources.
I was very happy with the stay and would use them again without thinking.
nice clean and quiet room bed bath room clean no stains on carpet blankets bed
price was high for a one night stay
wi fi is not free that sucks +$12 EXTRA
windows were dirty from the out side but had a nice view of the down town area
From the time I walked in the door, I had a great experience. There was someone to greet me in the lobby. The front desk was quick and courteous even allowing me to check in early--really early about 11 a.m. This was appreciated as I am an east
coast traveler looking to get in a full day of business. So, I was able to shower and start my day right away rather than suit up in the ladies room in the lobby.
The rooms are lovely. I had a nice view of the city. Beds are cozy and the shower is great. This hotel connects right into the convention center, so the location is terrific and is also convenient to some great downtown restaurants.
The best part of this trip was the early morning help I got from the front desk clerk. I had a 6 a.m. flight and overslept. I was scrambling to get out and forgot my earrings in my room, plus I had packages in the business center. This gentleman ran to get my packages, helped me get my earrings, and escorted me into a taxi in about 5 minutes time. I didn't have to ask he just jumped on it. The whole experience was terrific!

Original Joe's is a good pick. It's old school and awesome. Big plates of pasta, great garlic bread.
