A brother from another
Not what I was looking for in SERVICE !
Front Desk personnel was just ok ,but not what I would call personable. I didn't feel really welcome, just felt like a number as their were times they were too busy talking amongst themselves. Coffee in the lobby each morning was seldom checked and had to ask for more. When I asked the front desk, he pointed to the restaurant and said ask them. The cleaning personnel did a better job than the Front Desk Clerk.

I would recommend eating next door at the Bowling Alley for breakfast. Tasty old fashion breakfast for the hungry man appetite. Looks like a 1960's place to bowl and eat.

Business Overnight
Dreary decor; truly horrible food in their restaurant; non-functioning bedside lights; unresponsive HVAC. I can't recommend the place, and it was definitely NOT 3-star as advertised.

OK for the Price
The main lobby and the lobbies on each floor were really nice but the room seemed a little empty compared to the size. Close to the freeway so that was good.

Friendly and knowledgeable staff, clean rooms, great food in the hotel restaurant great and fun at the bar with in the hotel great location .

Radison Plaza Hotel San Jose Aitport Rev
Heating system at this hotel was really bad. I used the thermometer control unit to set up the room temperature. However, once the temperature reached at 80 degree, the air conditioner where warm air comes out started making a big noise. I had to turn on and off the heating system several times while sleeping. It really bothers me and couldn't sleep. This hotel was the worst one that I have ever gotten so far.

Radisson San Jose
I was very impressed by the lcoation, staff and overall experience. Very clean, safe and reliable. And- despte the fact that I had several odd requests - the front desk was happy to quickly help me. I recommend this location for business travelers. The only dislike I had was that there were very few options within walking distance. However, the restaurant hotel was affordable and delicious and several near-by chains delivered to the room.
