Four Points by Sheraton San Jose Downtown

This hotel was great! It is located in the heart of downtown San Jose. Hotel was clean comfortable and offered free wi-fi. Would definitely stay here again!

A very nice property that is very clean and the staff was super. Quiet and the price for the property was just terrific.

Staff was very friendly, however the hotel itself was in pretty bad shape. Ended up having to move to 3 rooms due to cleanliness levels we were hoping for. Pulled back the sheets in the first room and had multiple stains (brown and black) on the sheets. Moved to another room that had an awful smell. Finally the 3rd room was nice.

The room we stayed in was super clean and modern. Complimentary water and coffee are available at the front desk. Free wifi. We stayed on a Saturday night and found out that their restaurant downstairs turns into a dance/lounge type thing. Super fun! The only bad thing I have to say is that parking is an additional $20. I have no idea why they charge it, but I feel like it should be free if you are a guest.

Although, it was just an overnight stay, the hotel and the staff were great. The location was perfect and it was walking distance to the event at the convention center. If in the future we attend an event at the convention center we would stay at this hotel.

I just stayed here for a four night stay. The staff was friendly and accommodating. I was rarely in my room to do anything but sleep, but was never disturbed. On my last day checkout is at 12pm and I needed to extend it. They very easily and quickly accommodated the need and I was able to stay until 5pm, for a small fee. The location was awesome, a block from Starbucks and since I didn't rent a car public transportation literally stopped in front of the hotel.

This hotel is very centrally located to all downtown activities and San Jose State University. It is also close enough to the airport to make travel in and out very easy. The room was small, but very comfortable and clean. The hotel restaurant and bar were clean, modern, and well served. The staff were very friendly and helpful. I'd stay there again in a heartbeat! Went for NYE... Can't beat the location.. walking distant to everything. Room was very roomy and bed super comfortable. Room value great disappointed w the parking charge.. $20 a night

We enjoyed our one night stay at the Four Points by Sheraton. Although the room size was a bit small, the room was very clean and comfortable. The bathroom was really nice in that it came with a bath tub and a nice large fully tiled shower. In addition, the bedding was above average. We would definitely stay at this hotel again!

The trip started great by being given an early check in to help us out since we wouldn't be back until later that night. The guy at the front desk was new and was supposed to have someone shadowing him during his shifts. I found that out after the fact. I've worked at many hotels and they always put a hold on your credit card so I asked him if that was the case here as well. He told me there was NO HOLD on my card and they just needed one on file. I found our when my card was declined later at a restaurant that the Sheraton does indeed put a hold which takes 5 days to be removed after check out. Very embarrassing for me. When I called to speak to a manager, no one was available. Managers don't work on sundays. Odd since Sunday is the busiest day of the week usually. They told me I should have read the sign on the front desk and saw the hold statement. It says nothing about credit cards. The room was very comfortable and the location was great. Too bad the staff blew it for me. The restaurant had pretty good food as well.
