Nice Stuff
We had a fantastic view of my hometown and the room was beautiful. We had a very nice room. The staff was wonderful and very friendly. The only thing I had a problem with was the pool not heated. I work out in the pool and it was chilly! For the price you pay for room here they should at least keep the pool heated.

Room service terrible
The room and amenity were awesome. However, service was terrible. I am an avid coffee drinker. My room was missing a coffee maker so I requested for one. 1.5 hours later, I fell asleep waiting for it and I still didn't get the maker. I requested it the next day again and they finally got it to me. Completely ridiculous!

1 Bed Short
We booked a double double. When we checked in they had no double doubles, so they said they would bring us a roll away. We finally got the roll away brought to our room around 3:00 am after contacting the front desk many times.

TV is lame, and no free wireless or parking
NBA playoffs were on, but tv is hard to navigate. No free premium channels. No guide on screen to see what's on!! No vents in bathroom, and room not that clean. Location was great, staff(valet) were quick and nice. Coffee machine a joke.

Perfect getaway for hubby and me
My husband and I went to Improv to see Edwin San Juan and stayed overnight at the Fairmont. This hotel has the perfect location. Many nearby restaurants that you can walk to. We were able to walk to the Improv as well so that was a treat. Hotel was clean with many friendly staff. The hotel itself also had plenty of restaurants to enjoy from. We had Sunday brunch but that was just okay. Not too many selections and food was not that great for the price. Will definitely return here again.
