Lifesaver!
After booking at another hotel which was awful, got a great room here which met our needs in every way. Took my rental to airport night before leaving and they had someone to pick me up at no charge. They set up a van to take us to the airport the next morning. A lifesaver with a 2yr old in tow. Plenty of run around room for the child and having the bedroom separate was wonderful. Furniture does need updating, but comfortable. All our needs were met in courteous manner. Great staff.

Good hotel in San Jose
I went to San Jose for see the hockey game of the San Jose Sharks. The Hotel is near a stop of the city train, this it was good for my stay.

clean and comfortable
I found the free VCR in the room to be a bit silly. I didn't know tapes were even available any more. An upgrade to a disk player might work out better. We were visiting friends in the area so used the room only to sleep a few hours. The bed was comfortable. The wide variety of free breakfast foods were ample and delicious.
