This three-star hotel near the San Jose airport draws both business and leisure crowds with its full array of complimentary amenities in its rooms and throughout the property. Nice hotel
The hotel has a nice ambiance, the food is very good and the staff is very helpful. Finding the hotel is a bit of a challenge - it's not on a main road - but otherwise I would stay here again.

Great location and nothing else to talk about
Close to airport, businesses, and freeways. The hotel does not go well with the name Clarion hotel I know of. Room was ok, not great. Made reservation for a room with courtyard view but ended up with a room facing an ice making machine. Provided breakfast but wasn't that great.

It's a bed!
The hotel was very average, the grounds were messy and the rooms were dated but clean. The energy efficiency stuff was a pain, lights, faucets, etc.. i would only stay here again if there was nothing else available.

Good value and comfortable
It was a comfortable stay at the Clarion San Jose. It has a nice feel. The restaurant was quite good and the first night they had entertainment in the bar adjoining the restaurant. I would stay at the Clarion again. My only complaint might be that getting to/from the destination to the hotel was a bit convoluted.

Good location
The staff was very helpful and having the 24-hour shuttle service meant that we could check-in, return the rental car to the airport and get back to the hotel for our over-night before going back to the airport in the morning. There was a drip coming from the ceiling over the bathtub, which we reported - I hope they got it fixed.

Clarion Hotel Stay
While attending a family memorial we needed 3 hotel rooms. The Clarion seemed to have what we needed in a hotel. While the hotel itself was nice the breakfast they provided was not. The eggs were cold, the pancakes were so hard you could use as a hockey puck and the rest of the food wasn't very good at all. One of the reasons we chose this hotel was because it offered breakfast and that we make our trip easier as there was a lot of family to deal with. If the Clarion fixes their breakfast issue it would be a place to stay in the future.
