April trip
Everything was perfect with the hotel and the service except for the super shuttle experience. They were rude and not very helpful.

Great choice for downtown SF!
This was a quick trip for us, but this hotel made our stay very nice. The room was nice, the staff friendly and accommodating. Watch out for the snacks, they automatically bill you if you pick up a pack of M&M's.

Great hotel - expensive parking
Parking is very expensive. The hotel only has valet parking for $60 a day. Public parking is available 2 blocks away for $32 a day.

Disturbed
This was the worst trip in a luxury hotel I have ever had. We checked in on Friday and when we woke up early Saturday, my husband and I noticed a fedora and CD ROM disc in our room. The disc was on top of my jacket that I wore the night before. I called for management and they said they would send up security. I waited and waited. I heard someone outside my door and found a gentleman getting an electrical reading from my key swipe.Noone else came up. I called down again and [...] (identified as security manager) said that our key swipe only showed me and my husband. I asked,"what about these items?". She wanted ME to bring them down to her. When I told her I wasn't, she sent someone to pick them up.End of story. We spend out second night at another hotel.ALSO... the price quoted does not include parking, which is an additional $55.

San Francisco Getaway
I assumed because I booked through [...] I wouldn't receive one of the hotels better rooms. Surprisingly, I had a beautiful view of the SF Bay and the SF Bay Bridge. The room and bathroom were very spacious and they provided Bath and Body Works Shampoo, conditioner, bar soap, and lotion. The only thing missing was a shower cap. The location was perfect; it is about 200 ft off of Market St, so there is access to every form of SF public transportation and great tourist attractions. The only thing I did not like was there was no option to have your sheets changed daily. There was no card to place on your bed to request a sheet change. I had to write a note to tell the maid staff to change my sheets.Although the hotel says the windows are sound proof if does not keep all noise out however compared to other downtown hotels in SF it did a much better job. You will hear the hussle and bussle of downtown SF.

Good location
The room was large but outdated and I hate when you can hear people in other rooms taking showers! Location was great. Be aware of the refreshment center. We didn't touch the thing but was charged. I had to call the front desk but they removed the charge promptly.
