Good place to stay at.

It“s a good hotel, above average. The only thing is that we were assigned the room for handicapped, which is wall to wall to the gym, so at 05:30 the noise would start not letting us sleep any more. Why is it the room for handicapped the farthest one?

SF Marriott Fisherman's Wharf

Good hotel with good breakfast. Staff is very helpful. It's a little on the high priced side (nearly $200 USD. If it was priced in the 130-155 USD range it would be right.

Marriot-- Fisherman's Wharf San Francisc

We were given a room with two double beds and after years of sleeping on a queen size found it very uncomfortable. We complained and were given a room with a king size bed ( why weren't we given this at first????) The second room seemed very small and it was very noisy. Much noise from outside of busses waiting to pick up tour customers. Parking quite high...

Marriott Fisherman's Wharf

Location to everything was just great. We walked to Coit Tower and all the way to Golden Gate from our hotel. We were greeted by friendly hotel staff each time we passed someone. I felt they were really there to serve our needs/wants. There was no Marriott book in the room for information to cover room service, workout room, computer hook-up, etc., so assume they did not have any of that. Since it was such a short trip that was not a problem but longer stay would have liked that included. Room was very clean and the beds, sheets, comforter were wonderful. Should show 3-1/2 stars but can't find that one.

Great location, good hotel

The hotel was pretty good, but nothing spectacular. A little overpriced, but I guess you are paying for the location. Close to all the main attraction so that was nice. Parking is $45 a day at the hotel? I couldn't bring myself to pay that so I found a garage to pack in for $25 around the corner. The rooms were average. The one thing that was great was the breakfast they had. We had it included and it was really good. Nice to wake up and go down stairs for a good breakfast in the morning.

Excessive Parking Charges!

With the exception of the outrageous parking fees ($48.00) per night my stay at the San Francisco Marriott Fishermans Wharf was a nice stay. Everything from shopping to tourist attractions was within walking distance. If I were to recommend this hotel, I would advise everyone to use public transoprtation and/or a cab.

comfy, great location

It's very comfortable and in a great location, although the room could have been a little bit cleaner. I don't like finding hairs (that aren't mine) anywhere in the room. But the beds are great and the bathroom was clean enough to bath my children.
