Great hotel and location
The Smith's Nov 16, 2009
Enjoyed the location of the hotel being at Fisherman's Wharf was a plus. We toured Alcatraz, motorized cable tour, bay ... cruise, yosemite day tour, monterey and carmel, wine country, and muier woods. So after being away from the city, it was nice to come to a location that you could just walk out of your hotel and shop and eat. Also rental cars are just a block away and made it very easy to pick and up and return them.

If we had made the reservation directly with the hotel, I think we could have requested an Interior and quieter room. ... Earplugs helped, but still woken up a few times each night. Pretty decent value for SF. Access to transportation was great. Streetcar on the corner connected with BART to the Airport

The best way to enjoy San Francisco is on foot. If you have bought the cable car and bus tickets 1, 3 or 5 days, you will be able to hop on and off at leisure. The bridge walk is only half an hour. The Farmers' Market was a lot of fun.

SECOND TIME I STAYED IN YOUR HOTEL LOVE THE LOCATION VIEW COULD BE BETTER YOUR PRICES ARE HIGH FOR SUCH A OLD HOTEL IS THE ... WORST THING I CAN SAY ABOUT YOU. THE BEST IS YOUR LOCATION. ACTUALLY THEIR IS ONE THING THAT YOU COULD CLEAN OF URINE SMELL AND THAT THE HALL WAY FROM THE POOL AREA THAT OPENS UP TO THE PIER. MY HUSBAND WOULD WALK AROUND THE BLOCK RATHER THEN TAKE THE HALL TO THE PIER.

Wedding Crasher Oct 19, 2009
We stayed at the Radisson for a weekend to attend a friend's wedding in SF. The hotel was located in a prime location and ... convenient to lots of tourist attractions. The hotel itself was clean and in good shape, but the decor seemed dated and a little dark for my tastes. All in all, a solid choice for travelers on a budget.

DO NOT rent a car, parking is more than $40 per night! Public transportation is plentiful and a $5 cable car or $10 taxi ride will get take you to downtown SF.

Don't renta a car. The Radisson's $37/ per day parking rate is likely more than the rental will cost you. And with the transportation system and availability of cabs, well, its just silly to pay this fee.
