Historic Nob Hill hotel blends old and new with top-notch steakhouse
The past is new again at this circa-1926 hotel atop Nob Hill. Originally built as a bank, the property features classic stonework, stained glass and decorative touches. The lobby is adorned with Italian marble, rich fabrics and Austrian crystal chandeliers. Guestrooms mirror this classic elegance. The hotel is within walking distance of the city's storied cable cars. Bob's Steak & Chop House, the on-site restaurant, has established itself as one of the best steakhouses in the entire city. Outstanding hotel in a terrific
Outstanding hotel in a terrific place downtown San Francisco, right near the shopping streets and just a walk away from the historic tram etc etc. Just a great place!!

This is a simply lovely hotel
This is a simply lovely hotel in a great location with very attentive staff and spacious rooms. After 5 nights it will surely be our first choice when we return to SF.

The service was excellent, everyone
The service was excellent, everyone was very accomodating. The room itself was very nice and the bed was quite comfortable, although our view was not the best. Good location. We were able to walk to most of the places we wanted to get to and it was just a few blocks to catch the trolley or bus for some of the other places that were a little further than we cared to walk. We will definitely stay here again!

Well Seasoned Travelers
5 Star Service for a 4 Star Price
We had a 3 night stay at the hotel.Upon arriving I noted how professional and inviting the valets, doorman, and hotel staff were. It was as if though we were VIP. The hotel lobby is beautiful and the hotel is in a great location (next to Union Square in shopping district). The room was very clean, comfy, and has a traditional, elegant, feel.The rooms are moderate in size, but well appointed.The weekend valet parking fee was reasonable for the area (only $26). This hotel is a great value as they do not charge excessive rates for the quality room and location you get. Would definitely stay again.

Wonderful kid friendly hotel
The staff at the Omni San Francisco was absolutely wonderful. As soon as we arrived, they gave our son a backpack filled with toys and other little goodies. Every evening they delivered milk and cookies before bed time. They were just so wonderfully kid friendly. It made for a fantastic family getaway.

Incredible Hotel
From the doormen to the sheets, everything was perfect. Centrally located, the front desk went out of their way to help us get around. Housekeeping was perfect too. I wouldn't hesitate to stay there again.

If you want excellent food, just pop in downstairs to Bob's Steak and Chop House. Skip the Top of the Mark.
