Historic Nob Hill hotel blends old and new with top-notch steakhouse
The past is new again at this circa-1926 hotel atop Nob Hill. Originally built as a bank, the property features classic stonework, stained glass and decorative touches. The lobby is adorned with Italian marble, rich fabrics and Austrian crystal chandeliers. Guestrooms mirror this classic elegance. The hotel is within walking distance of the city's storied cable cars. Bob's Steak & Chop House, the on-site restaurant, has established itself as one of the best steakhouses in the entire city. Terrific stay!
This was a girls night out and it was so much fun. The folks at Omni were so nice and accommodating. The room was awesome, perfect for hanging out in the city, really convenient. Would definitely come back.

Omni San Franciso
We were well taken care of, our connection withthe hotel was really a great help. We needed an earlycheck in with a handicapped room. [...] had us checked in when we arrived. The staffwere very friendly and went out of their way to help.We had a convention at another hotel, I called our friends who were coming from Nevada, they booked tworooms and could not stop talking about the staff at the OMNI.

Great overnight stay.
This was our second stay in 10 days at the Omni. Both times everyone on the hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. From the hot apple cider on arrival to a seemless checkout everything was perfect.

Great Hotel
We stayed at this hotel for New Year's Eve. It was within close walking distance to the Ferry Building, so that was a plus. The room was a little small for 4 people, but it worked out alright. Can't really beat the location and the staff was very helpful and accommodating.

The hotel bar/restaurant is very pricey. We spent $120 for 4 plates of appetizers which were just okay and one round of drinks. A better plan would be to head down the street to the Tadich Grill.

The hotel was absolutely wonderful. The experience I had with [...]trying to book though was the worst experience. The person I spoke with was the worst and appeared to be only reading off a script. Stay at the hotel but never use [...]again.

The service was excellent, everyone
The service was excellent, everyone was very accomodating. The room itself was very nice and the bed was quite comfortable, although our view was not the best. Good location. We were able to walk to most of the places we wanted to get to and it was just a few blocks to catch the trolley or bus for some of the other places that were a little further than we cared to walk. We will definitely stay here again!

Komen 2010 weekend
This hotel is beautiful and the staff could not have been nicer. They are wonderful with children staying at the hotel. Gave our son a goodie backpack and milk with cookies after we checked in. Unfortunately we paid extra for two double beds and it was not available once we checked in. For the amount of money we spent it was a bit disappointing. One king size bed and a fold out couch didn't cut it.
