Awesome location!!
this hotel is walking distance of the Wharf and enough attractions to keep us busy our weeklong stay! we found ourselves not needing to use the rental car. free wifi and the room was super clean and seemed like new. downside: parking was over $40 a day for our car.

close to everything
Loved this hotel because it was close to just about everything I wanted to do. Rooms were very clean which is always a big concern for me. One problem I had was the employees speaking broken English so it was not easy getting directions from them. All-in-all, it was a good stay.

Good price, good service, and nice room.
I had really good and close places to eat, and gif shops to buy some presents. could be greater if the the hotel could be closer to the down town area. However, this time, I have a complete great trip, means, good service, good location, and nice room.

Holiday Inn- Overrated and Over priced
This hotel provides no parking and charges for a shuttle to the airport, a service that is complementary at most hotels. There is no complementary breakfast, and the amenities are vastly overrated. For the price of the room, this hotel is a complete rip off and I will not be staying at any Holiday Inns in the future. I have received better amenities and services at just about every other hotel I've stayed at. The only good thing was the location on the wharf, but frankly it just wasn't worth it.

Very good location and the room
Very good location and the room was good. A little bit noise from the long corridor but all in all a good hotel.

Lacking
Visited the San Francisco and F. Wharf area for 7 days. Stayed at Holiday Inn[...]For the price, this hotel does not live up to expectations. The place was cold and mechanical, lacking personality and, sometimes, people. Services were well in place, but everything from bananas to parking was drastically overpriced with no flexibility offered. It comes with the territory; I would suggest staying farther away from the wharf and away from Holiday in general.

Could have been a lot better...
Night clerk was rude, inappropriately attired in Holiday Inn Express shirt vs. Holdaiy Inn. Room Service trays (with meal remnants) and glassware sat in hall for two days. Good location, but services are sub-par. Doubt we'll go back rather pay the incremental difference for Marriott where services and cleanliness are reliable. I'm a Platnium Priority Club member and the experience was shocking.

Great Stay
Excellent location, staff (especially concierge). Very clean and quiet, also comfortable. So close to the wharf, and bus stops.
