Great hotel for the stay
It's a very short cab ride from SFO, so it was perfect for me considering my flight got in around midnight. Not much to do in the immediate area, but not a bad spot for a short stay, especially for business travel. Aside from that, the a/c worked great, the staff was friendly, the shuttle bus ran on time, and everything was extremely clean. Great continental breakfast, too. Would definitely stay again if I had business in the area.

Not a good review
Numerous complaint on internet it didn't work in the room due to low signal. Television didn't work some times and I was told it is weather related issue. I was not told about daily parking charges when I checked in nor it is mentioned while booking so this additional cost got me upset. I had other choices at the time of booking.

Bang for your Buck
Good distance away from the rest of San Francisco. Room Wi-fi was pretty weak. Had to work from the hallway or right next to the door for it to work. Rooms had a rather funky smell at first but you get acclimated to it. Breakfast was not half bad and the staff were all very courteous.

Great location
Great location about 15 min from San Francisco by car 5 min from the airport were you can catch the subway in to the city 20 min from highway 1 by the coast. Rooms were nice and clean staff were friendly and helpful. Enjoyed my stay I would stay again

GREAT STAFF!!!!
Close to airport especially with courtesy shuttle. But if you dont have a vehicle, look forward to public transportation to get into the City of San Fran.We utilized the BART system.Which is a lot cheaper than taking a taxi. Also renting a bike to get around the city is your best bet!!!!!!

Airport location
If you like to be by the airport this is a great option. Free breakfast and all the amenities you need. Room was clean and quiet.
