great stay
The staff was welcoming and friendly, the hotel lobby and room was clean and its a great location. The only bad thing I can say is that it is a bit confusing that there are 2 other holiday inn hotels in the same block.

improvements - wifi should be in ALL rooms - most folks travel with iPads etc, Bath was not clean - bottom scared with dirts. otherwise staff and amenities good

Holiday Inn experience
Although not the cheapest hotel at the Warf, it was worth the money. Clean facilities and great free breakfast buffet.

San Francisco Getaway
Holiday Inn Express at Fisherman's Wharf was very nice and comfortable. The breakfast was very tasty. The channel selection on the room tv was at best POOR! There were 17 channels available. Most of the hotels that I have stayed at in the last few years have at least 30 channels available.

Convenient and reasonable
Hotel and service was very good. Other than no AC for first two days all was great. Breakfast bar was convenient and well stocked.

Clean room, rude staff
Great location for visiting Fisherman's Wharf. The room was clean and comfortable. Staff was brisk during check-in. A man knocked once on my door at 10:30pm and then tried to come into my room. He was not wearing a uniform or any identification. When I yelled at him, he said, "Sorry" and left. I called the front desk and she said, "Housekeeping had the wrong room." and hung up.

Short walk from hotel
Use the BART and MUNI systems to get around. The F line is only a couple blocks away. You can get a muni pass at the cable car turnaround or it's $1.50 per ride.

A definite San Francisco Treat
This hotel's location is fantastic, and I was pleasantly surprised at how nice it was. Great rooms and bathrooms, nice view of the Fisherman's Wharf for some rooms, and very friendly staff. No complaints at all.

tres bon hotel tres bien placer a cinq minute de fisherman a deux minute du tramway et bus et a cinq minute du cable car bon hotel dans l ensemble petit dej un peu juste personel tres serviable a recomander
