A place to lay your head
There's nothing exceptional about this hotel. The lobby area is nice, the rooms are adequate. If you're going to San Francisco for touristy stuff, it's in a good location. I, on the other hand, was there for business, and it was pretty far from my office. However, a short walk of about 2 blocks got me to the F line streetcar, which for $2 took me within a few blocks of my office. So it was certainly a workable option, but a bit further than I'd have liked. Breakfast is included, though it's nothing spectacular. I was happy with the comfort level of my bed though, after a long day of travel sinking into that soft king size bed was wonderful.

Great !!
I booked this room very last minute - trusting other good reviews- and I'm glad I did! Great location and also very safe, being a young woman, I felt comfortable walking by myself late at night. My room was clean and spacious! Staff are really nice and helpful, Totally worth the price! =)

Watch out for parking!
Parking is $45 per night if you park at the hotel however if you park in the street it is free from 7pm until 7 am - just be careful which side of the street you park on - the hotel staff will advise you if you ask,

improvements - wifi should be in ALL rooms - most folks travel with iPads etc, Bath was not clean - bottom scared with dirts. otherwise staff and amenities good

Nice staff and room
The staff was very nice. They gave me a travel pack with a shaver, shampoo, and toothbrush with toothpaste, and I did not even ask for it! The free breakfast was fine, but the eggs were a bit dry. I would only recommend that they add oatmeal to their menu. The room itself was nice, but did not have a flatscreen TV, so the picture was not that good. Overall, I recommend this hotel.

Not the best hotel in fisherman's wharf
This hotel is in general okay. Its physical location is good. The room is reasonably clean. We reserved the mini suite, and felt regret for doing that. The mini suite is just the deluxe room with an additional microwave oven. It does not worth the extra 50-100 dollars per night (you can buy a brand new microwave for less than 100 at the shopping malls close by). My another complain is about the staffs. Many of them are not too helpful. Apparently a good proportion of them are considering their main duties to be reading the latest celebrity gossip from the magazines. The tour information provided by the staffs could be misleading and erratic. We were once told by the staffs that "you can purchase the caltrain tickets after you have got on board", which turned out to be wrong and we have to purchase the ticket before getting on the train, this has made us almost late for the train.

Very Friendly Hotel
The hotel was very clean and kept up. Each day a free breakfast was offered and there was a nice choice of fruit, cereals eggs bacon toast ect. The room was cleaned every day and nice to come back to.Plenty big enough for the two of us. I would stay there again
