Poor value for money
Rooms were nice, but very small. Must pay extra to use fitness center. Concierge was very helpful in finding a rental car for the weekend. Did not swim in outdoor pool, as the weather was too cool.

No Service in the time of need
There was a race event at the end of my stay. I called the hotel trying to get directions to reach the highway. I was put on hold a total 6 times by the operator that answered the phone and the concierge. It was easier to drive back to the hotel than to get any service over the phone. They had no control over the event but did have control over the level of service they give to their guests. If you're looking for a hotel that has service you're better off staying at a 3 star.

Family Vacation
overall the experience was decent however I was extremely discouraged by the fact that for a 2 day stay I had to pay well over $180.00 for parking in the garage structure at the Hilton. There was no parking validation for hotel guests. Disappointing!!

Good location, but everything else's bad
The hotel was out of slippers. The room service has bad attitude. A thirty seconds phone call to a Canadian cellphone cost 11 dollars.

Very Small Room
Was expecting 2 queen beds, but were not available at check in. Our room was not what we expected. The room between the bathroom and bedroom seemed to have talking and laughing during the night. Room did not match up to our expectations.

Hilton -San Francisco
The was no fitness center. The were no restaurants in the vicinity that were quick and easy for a family. All were sit down and rather expensive. The hotel was close to shopping and sightseeing businesses which was nice. We asked for queen beds and they were more like doubles. Had to ask for phone books and other necessities.

San Francisco, CA - Hilton
I truly appreciated that they would let us check in early but when I opened the minibar in our room there was an old half eaten sandwich in there, plus the hotel first charged us for the drinks missing in the minibar. After I talked to them they reversed the charges. The fan in the bathroom did not work and when taking a shower I could see all the dust/dirt inside the vent. Overall the hotel was good

Sightseeing tip:
Short walk from hotel
We enjoyed the Hop-on-Hop-off bus tour, located on Powell Street and Union Square. It is inexpensive and you can see/experience all the major attractions. They provide a tour guide as well. The buses return to the drop off location every 30min and it beats the cable car that are too expensive and crowded.
