Efficient lodging towers over San Francisco's Union Square

Nice Staff. Starbucks in the lobby. Small rooms, but that's normal for SF. Parking is expensive, but again, that's normal for SF.

This hotel is well located and handy to the BART and MUNI transport systems Beds comfortable, had a problem with TV that required 2 calls to reception to fix Hotel room was large and clean but view from window poor.

Very central to downtown San Francisco. Who likes it more cozy, should not go there, the entrance hall has the atmosphre of an airport or railway station.

Very convenient - walking distance
Very convenient - walking distance to Union Square, shops and cable cars. Rooms were comfortable and clean, the gym very well equipped and the food was good too. Service was terrific - staff could not have been more helpful.
