This hotel has been special to me for a long time. It is perfectly located for every activity you may want to pursue in SFO. Over the years I've been staying there the service has never wained. Highly recommended.

Very prompt check-in, welcoming reception and no delays. Very comfortable room with tea and coffee facilities. Excellent location - close to shopping, cable cars and Union Square. Internet access available in the lobby at a daily charge.

We had a great stay here Location, service and pricing were excellent Just be aware that the Starbucks inside the hotel closes very early so you will need to walk one block towards Union Square for the coffee
