Great trip

The hotel was very nice. Loved the decor. Only issue was that they were upgrading and fixing things two of the days we were there resulting in our room not being cleaned on those days. Not a big issue, however. The location was fantastic. Loved the intimate setting. Very nice stay and would definitely stay again.

Well located

This is a nice hotel very well located if you want to explore Union Square area and its surroundings. There is an excellent boulangerie for a great morning start a few metres from the hotel, across the street. Snacks and beverages in the room are quite expensive, even just a water bottle. The sink drain of our tiny bathroom was partially clogged, although it had a nice and modern shower. Beds were comfortable but the room needed a little bit more of air ventilation. Nice stay overall.

perfect Thanksgiving vacation!

Visiting family in San Francisco was made so incredibly easy by staying at The Galleria Park. Centrally located...perfect for walking to restaurants and great shopping. But also off the main streets so that when we wanted to relax and get some peace and quiet, we could escape the crowds and come back to the hotel. Our 2nd visit and we will most certainly be back!

Great weekend getaway

This is a great reasonably priced hotel for anyone who is coming to SF for the first time or for locals needing a weekend getaway. The hotel staff were immensely helpful during my stay and made me feel welcome. My only gripe is the cost of parking. It really makes the cost of the hotel much higher if you do bring a car into downtown SF and use their valet service.

well-located, good place to stay

A very friendly, convent oasis in San Francisco. Room was comfortable though small. Staff very friendly--make you feel at home. Lots of nice little touches--comfy bath robes, maps with jogging trails, very good food for room service. Recommended.

Great hotel, location, and staff

We've stayed here twice and it was great both times. The rooms are small which is normal for San Francisco but the helpful staff makes up for it. Great area and overall great hotel.

First time in San Francisco

Very comfortable, convenient hotel in which to start our holiday to California. All staff were helpful and friendly. We had standard king room which was comfortable and although the en-suite shower room was the most compact I have ever come across, the shower cubicle itself was of a good size. We were on one of the lower floors which was a bit noisy but you are in the city - ask for a room higher up if noise is likely to be an issue for you. Would definitely be happy to stay at this hotel again if in San Francisco.
