This is the perfect downtown hotel. Close to everything in San Francisco, especially AT&T park and Market Street.

the location was great, close to the AT&T park, we walked to the game, stopped on the way back a small bar & grills,of which a couple had live music

Wonderful place
Courtyard Marriot was an excellent place. I was not expecting much for a 3 star hotel but the place exceeded my expectations for a 3 star. I will definitely return to this place. It was very clean, quiet, great location, and very friendly staff. I highly recommend this hotel to travellers. Parking was expensive though at almost 50$/night but I think that's the way it is everywhere in San Francisco. Our tour bus guide mentioned that San Francisco's number one source of income is parking!!!

Great hotel and location
This was our first trip to San Francisco. Perfect room on the 10th floor with a view of the bay bridge. Staff was great and hotel location was too! We felt pretty comfortable walking to Market Street at night. September seems like the perfect time to visit. Hope to make this an annual trip!

Frisco on New Years
I was in Fisco to attend two rock and roll concerts over new years '09-'10. A freind of mine from the midwest enjoyed our stay at the Courtyard. It was convenient to stay here - just a few blocks from the mass transit systems on Market street, and we had no problems getting around the city. This location was nice and quiet and met our needs. I'd stay here again for similar purposes.

Bike ride across the golden gate bridge and go into Sausalito. Nice ride with just a few up hill climbs to conquer.
