Weird Motel
First of all the checkin was very strange, the man behind the counter took a very long time checking me in even though he said twice that he had my reservation. I was the only one in the lobby while it was taking a long time and when someone else came in to check in he sped up the checkin procedure. The second night that I was there at 3 a.m. there was a group of very loud people having a very loud conversation out in the parking lot and they didn't stop until another guest got out of bed and told them to keep it down. The reason why I booked this motel was the location, the price and the three star rating, the location was good but there is no way it should be a three star rated motel, I think it should be a one. p.s. the other bad thing that happened while I was there was the sound of a jack hammer started up at 8:00 a.m. and ran most of the day.

Very Noisy
You hear the traffic all night long, like you are sitting at the curb! If you walk the streets near it is a little scary.

Great place, great value
Pleasantly surprised. Great location, great price, really good room. Free parking!! Might seem a bit dodgy when you pull up, but it felt safe even when walking home at 1am in the morning. Highly recommend the place on value alone let alone all the rest

A weekend in S.F.
When we arrived very early, the manager did all he could to accomodate our showing up threee hours early. The room was clean, adequately furnished, the tub HUGE (although the jacuzzi didn't work :z),the hot water abundant, the parking tight but available & free, and the noise level minimal. The staff really wanted to meet any/all our needs.

Use the taxi services! Navigating S.F. was a nightmare our first afternoon out but the taxi services arrived immediately and charged us an average of only $10 per trip- well worth every cent. No getting lost and no parking fees- wow!

Great price, great location
Clean, basic room. GREAT helpful staff. They take care of you. Older property in a somewhat rough area but if you're used to big cities, no big deal. We like to roam cities so location is not real important. Public transportation is close and will take you pretty much anywhere quickly. At less than half the cost of the tourist area located places I wouldn't stay anywhere else.

Short walk from hotel
If in town for several days, get a Metro pass right away and don't drive. There is NO parking in that town.

Price is great for a basic nights stay
Though not a classy hotel, it was quiet compared to some of the more expensive hotels I have stayed at. The staff was extremely helpful and wanted my stay to be pleasant. I was a few blocks from my meeting at Adobe, so the free parking at this hotel was good.
