Walked Fishermans Wharf, drove north to Pt. Reyes

Very nice experience from the moment we drove up to the doors. Welcomed right away and we were in our rooms in minutes. Having easy access to our car at a very resonable price was very helpful in allowing us to see other sights of SF. Fantastic location, helpful staff with our questions, etc. Would easily, and have already, told others of this gem of a hotel. Plan to stay again on our next trip to the area. Very neat attractive rooms.

great location by the wharf. really close to market which was convenient. about a 40 block walk to & from union square cutting thru chinatown. nearby lombart & ghiradelli as well. rooms are small, but most are in sf. got a great rate w/discounted parking... got upgraded upon arrival... so well worth it.

My friend and I had an event to go to where the venue was on Broadway, right by all of the strip clubs. As young women in our early 20's, we knew we wanted to stay in an area that we would feel a bit safer in, so we sought out hotels by Fisherman's Wharf. We chose the Best Western Tuscan Inn for the great reviews and the rates were in our budget. Getting there by public transportation was no hassle, as it is located just a block away from the wharf. Even though we arrived hours before check-in, there was a room ready and they allowed us to check-in early. The room was cute, comfortable and, most importantly, clean. We went exploring for awhile and came back in time for the free wine being served in the lobby. The next day, they had no problem holding our bags after we checked out so we could spend another day in the city. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful and our room suited us just fine. The only (small) complaint I had was that you could hear the street noise (but we were so tired, we barely noticed it). I would definitely stay here again!

We arrived too late for the evening glass of wine by the fire--would have been nice if during these longer Spring and Summer days, it could be extended a little to accomodate travelers. But, other than that, it was a well-appointed, restful, clean hotel for a really great price. Enjoyed our stay very much.

Hotel was very nice. Hotel window overlooked street and it was very loud with traffic and partying folks all night. Should have asked for a inner courtyard room.

Useful location for Fisherman's Warf & the Trams. Was sharing a room with a girlfriend and had requested 2 Queen beds but when we got there was told we were going to be "upgraded" to one bed and a sofa bed. It was exactly the same size room but one of us had to sleep on sofa! We were moved, on request, the next day.Car park was an extortionate $38 per night & across the road was $25. Thought it was a shame there was no bar after the resturant closed and although I discussed this with a member of staff we still didn't find out until we were leaving that there is free drinks and nibbles every night between 5.00.pm & 6.00.pm. Resturant was good.

I just stayed for one night but the hotel is located in a walking distance to pier 39 and the embarcadero area. The rooms are small but the decor is pretty. I would pick this hotel again.

The Tuscan was very comfortable, the room was sparkling clean, and had the softest sheets I've ever seen. Our room just happened to have a small view of the bay in one direction, and to the left we could see part of the Golden Gate Bridge, and the big sailing ship that is docked there. Everyone on the staff was friendly, and we were greeted with smiles all around. We will definitely be staying there again. A Safeway is across the street, great for wine, snacks to take on your day trip, any thing you might have forgotten to pack. Enterprise rental car is just on the next street, so you can just walk over,rent your car, and return it, with none of the high price of parking it in San Francisco. The Wharf is in easy walking distance, with all the shopping you could want.

perfect location since around the hotel you will find restaurants, attractions, and gif shops. Also, the Best Western was very comftable, and nice staff!
