Cozy
The front desk upgraded us to a King room.... That was lovely, except I was traveling with my son, and we needed the two beds. It was very convenient and cozy.

Great place to stay
Based on our stay I would definitely recommend the Best Western Tuscan Inn to everyone! It is located right on the wharf in close proximity to all that San Fransisco has to see an do! There are lots of things within walking distance and if you need to go a little further the bus or cable car can probably get you there! The concierge is super helpful in navigating you around the city to all of the sites! I only wish that there was a pool or work out facility on site and that there was more of a continental breakfast in the morning instead of just coffee, tea, hot chocolate and biscotti. Overall I would stay here again in a heartbeat!

If you are adventurous try renting a bike and biking the Golden Gate bridge! The views are absolutely breath taking and it is a good way to fit in some exercise while on vacation!

Great place to stay

Fisherman's warf is a 10 minute walk, as is Ghiardelli square. Tons of good restaurants, bike rentals, lots to do nearby.

Excellent for both family and business travel
I was automatically updated to a suite. The rooms were very comfortable and beautifully appointed. Plenty of room and entertainment for a small family with a seperate room for working. I will use the Tuscan Inn for future stays in SFO

Great location
The Tuscan was very comfortable, the room was sparkling clean, and had the softest sheets I've ever seen. Our room just happened to have a small view of the bay in one direction, and to the left we could see part of the Golden Gate Bridge, and the big sailing ship that is docked there. Everyone on the staff was friendly, and we were greeted with smiles all around. We will definitely be staying there again. A Safeway is across the street, great for wine, snacks to take on your day trip, any thing you might have forgotten to pack. Enterprise rental car is just on the next street, so you can just walk over,rent your car, and return it, with none of the high price of parking it in San Francisco. The Wharf is in easy walking distance, with all the shopping you could want.

Very family friendly
The Best Western Tuscan Inn was excellent. My family and I travel frequently and this is one of the best hotels in which we have stayed in during the last 3 years. The location is great, close to the piers, but yet it is located in a pretty quiet street. The rooms were very clean and the service was excellent, parking was a little expensive, but it was convenient.

Great Location and very friendly
The Best Western Tuscan Inn is very convenient to Fisherman's Wharf and the Baylink Ferry drop off from Vallejo, from which we came. It is on 2 blocks. You can still get around the City easily by streetcar, cable car or bus. The room was small but very quiet, comfortable and decorated nicely. We really enjoyed the wine tasting in the eve. and coffee with biscotti in the morning. The best part was the Valet gentleman dress in there Italian costumes including hats. They were always there to open the door. This was a great find.

Safeway and Trader Joe's are across the street and very convenient for snacks and forgotten items at home. Alioto's Restaurant and lots of other fresh seafood is only 2 blocks away on the Wharf.

A good place to stay in San Francisco
Best Western Tuscan was an excellent place to stay--great location, within walking distance to Fisherman's Wharf and other attractions. Room a bit small but certainly adequate for the two of us. Bathroom layout a bit odd, though--the room light worked for both the bathroom and the sink area, so, in the middle of the night, the whole room would be lit up. Big common room area, easy access to the restaurant. Friendly staff.

Feels Like Home
When staying in S.F. for the money and location the best hotel available. I only regret I don't get to S.F. as much as I used to..... Great food opinions in that wharf area.... Great bath products... Always get a room that is too small...I would think after staying there as much as I have, would get a larger room....don't misunderstand still a great room....

Great Value
It's close to the Fisherman's Wharf attractions, yet away from a lot of the street traffic. The room was well-appointed, and the bed was great. The staff was friendly and helpful. The parking charge was not out of line in SF.
