Hotel near the airport
Great experience. I just spent the night because my flight got canceled, but the view from my room was beautiful and the room was spotless.

Room with a view
My husband & I stayed at the hotel because we wanted a harbor view. It was a great harbor view. The only thing that was a little confusing is that there are essentially two sherraton hotels on Harbor Island Drive, (they call them towers). It was close to downtown, and also some places we visited in Point Loma. A couple of planes flying over were loud, but hey, you can hear that from anywhere really. We didn't like that we had to pay $22 to park (on top of the hotel room fee) and wished it would've had a complimentary continental breakfast.

Great location and view of the
Great location and view of the harbor. Beds were comfortable and the hotel provided plenty of pillows! Even though there were two conventions going on at the hotel while we were there, the noise levels in the halls and lobby did not get annoying or loud like it does at other places.

This hotel was right up our alley
This hotel was perfect for our trip. The view was incredible and it was close to the docks for our cruise. The staff was very helpful (we went through them to get zoo tickets) and the rooms were very nice. The restaurant had great food but was a bit over priced. The service at the restaurant was great.

Convenient to airport
The hotel rooms have been updated (no flat screen tv) but the buildings are still dated. The bedding and sheets are high quality. The room was clean but the halls in front of my room had potato chips on the floor for at least three days. Very laid back staff not overly eager to help. The Bay Tower often had no people behind the desks. The location is close to airport but a car is a must. The views are great and the hotel restaurants were very good. I missed the first night of my six night stay due to weather and the hotel gave me no credit for the unused night.

Short drive from hotel
A car rental is a necessity at this location. The self parking lot is convenient with easy in and out and parking rates are less than at the downtown hotels. Sea World is a must see- better than expected.
