An amazing experience
Carlos in Love Dec 22, 2009
My girlfriend came from a red eye flight and the check in was not until 3 in the afternoon. After talking to Lorna she help ... find a room with the specifications I wanted, king bed overlooking the marina. One of the nights somebody was being loud around my room so I called front desk to let them know and they not only fixed it but they also gave me a complimentary continental breakfast and dinner. Way more than what I was expecting, I just wanted to go to bed. My girlfriend and I were talking all day long of how nice the hotel staff was and how we couldn't believe they did that for us. We are very easy going and we didn't really care but the hotel WENT ABOVE AND BEYOND OUR EXPECTATIONS. the locations is very very beautiful, and if you can wake up before sunrise one of the days of your stay you won't regret it. The beds are super comfortable.

UNBELIEVABLE PARKING FEE
Les Dec 6, 2009
Well! first of all it s very disappointing that we (hotel guests) have to pay $22.00 a day parking fee. Never heard of such ... thing in my life. That is total rip off. Another disappointing is there is no complimentary breakfast. I have travelled a lot & even a two star hotel will provides a breakfast. Come on Shearton! The price of the breakfast is just ridiculous a bowl of oatmeal for $ 10.00? I wonder if there are any gold flakes in it.

My wife and I are putting my 5-year old with Grandma in a separate room. Were told at 1pm check-in that the $99 price could ... only get us to 4th floor and not necessarily a connectiing room. By time we came back at 5pm to get the room keys, we found the rooms are next to each other at 11th floor with great views. Services at this property are great.

Fantastic place to stay
VJ Nov 2, 2009
We were attending a conference & were smart to rent a car. The parking fee for self-service is worth every penny, because ... it's so convenient to get around all the places with no hassel at all. The staff are really very helpful & take a lot of pride in doing a good job.The conceirge service was exceptional as we were able to go to really nice restaurants that had affordable prices. The location of this Sheraton is absolutely beautiful & the room we got overlooking the bay was really nice to wake up to. [...] Thanks Sheraton!

A GOOD EXPERIENCE AND A GREAT FAMILY HOTEL. ITS HARD TO TRAVEL WITH LITTLE CHILDREN AND DUE TO THE HOTEL ACCOMODATIONS IT ... MADE OUR TRIP TO GO AS PLANED. THE ONLY THIG MISSING FROM THE HOTEL WAS A MICROWAVE NOT ONLY IN THE ROOM BUT SOMEWHERE AVAILABLE TO HEAT BABY BOTTLES. ITS A VERY ESSENTIAL PART WHEN TRVELING WITH BABIES.

My wife and I just got done enjoying a great week at the Sheraton Hotel & Marina vacationing for our wedding anniversary. ... Close to downtown, great restaurants and shopping, the location couldn't have been better. We liked the friendliness of the staff, the "Link" computers for guests to check email and look up dinner for the night online. We really enjoyed it. The Marina is very pretty at night. Would recommend walking shoes for a night time walk around.
