just what I need

Love the location of the hotel because its right by the trolley so it makes it easy to get around. The staff was friendly & helpful when I needed them. This was not the first time I stayed at this hotel & its always my first choice when I make trips out to San Diego.

DUMP, GHETTO LOCATION

WE WERE THER 4 HOURS, AFTER 1 HOUR WE TRIED TO GET ON LINE TO COMPLAIN ABOUT THE HOTEL AND ROOM. IT WAS FAR FROM THE RAMADA'S I AM USE TO! THE STAFF WAS UNCOPERATIVE WHEN WE ASKED FOR OUR MONEY BACK. WE TOLD HIM WE REALIZED 1 DAY WAS OK SINCE WE USED THE BATHROOM AND SAT ON THE BED, BUT HE WANTED TO CHARGE US FOR TWO DAYS EVENTHOUGH WE WERE ONLY THERE FOR 2 HRS! ROOM & VIEW WERE TERRIBLE.

Overnite Trip

Overall, it satisfied our needs at the time. The towels were hard, needs softener. Recommend that the outside of the hotel be repainted or cleaned. It lacks that comfort and safe feeling once you enter the area.

not what we expected!

I saw pictures of the hotel online! The room looked totally different. It was very small. The bed was not a queen sized bed, it was more like a double bed. I will say though that the continental breakfast was pretty good. We don' t think we will be staying at a Ramada Inn again.

room size

we booked in advance a 2 queen bed room, when we got there they had us down for a 1 queen bed room, 4 people 2 slept on the floor. they had eveerything else booked and we had to settle for that room becuse it was late.still havnt got a refund from [...] the motel, not only for the room differance, but for the inconvenance and being crammed into a one bed room. will write back when i know what they refunded and for sure if they dont. $171 to sleep on the floor ,could have done that at a bus station

Only for overnight stay

Room was tiny and very close to freeways but did the job we needed which was to sleep and shower and go to the zoo. Lots of noises thru out the night and when we got up for some reason the bathroom and vanity lights wouldn't work but eventually turned on.
