The two-story Ramada Conference Center San Diego is situated in the heart of downtown San Diego, just minutes from most of the attractions in the area. Rooms are spacious and underwent renovation in 2009. All guests enjoy free Wi-Fi Internet access and free parking. Very clean
The hotel was extremely clean and had free parking, a refrigerator and microwave. Only thing I didn't like was being on the 2nd floor with no elevator. I had to climb the stairs with my heavy suitcases.

Getaway for 2
This star only has a 2 star rating and I am not really sure why. I didn't find anything wrong with the room, it was very clean and comfortable. The only problem I would say is that the restaurant on site there was no menu online or available in the room to view before actually going in there. Overall I had a very good experience at this hotel.

Clean room
Didnt expect that clean of a room when the hotel is sitting so close to fwy. I'm fairly picky with hotels, but you should know this is the second time I stayed at this hotel. I would stay again.

Nice Hotel.
Overall the hotel was nice the pool clean and was very close to freeways, thus easy access to all areas of downtown San Diego and the Marina's. The only downside was while at "Proud Marys" the in-house restaurant / bar overheard the cook / manager make a rude comment to one of it's bartenders (in essense called her a "B") very unprofessional and shocking....I hope she file's an action against him.

Stayed at this hotel 2 nights. Despite the location, the rooms were clean and comfortable. The area was dimly light which made it scary to enter the room at night. Once in the room you feel ok. This is good for a last minute or only option hotel. If your on a budget, this hotel is fine.

Decent stay but not thrilled with cleanliness
Overall i wasnt too pleased with the cleanliness feel of the room. Upon my arrival i inspected the restroom as i always do and found a wet washcloth on the floor next to the toilet. That made me question the cleanliness of the rest of the room. Staff was helpful and nice though. Probably wouldnt stay here again. Personally i prefer interior corridors and this hotel didnt have such.

waiting for refund
Upon arrival they place a $50.00 hold on your card and stated it would be refunded. But they couldn't tell me how long the wait would be to receive the refund.
