Frequent San Diego Traveler
Needs Improvement
My trip was great, one of the best trips I ever had in San Diego. The hotel was conveniently located to many attractions, restaurants & day spas. The hotel was overall clean. However, the tub had permanent red stains. Room service came to clean up daily however during my 10 days stay she came at a different time every day. Plus on the weekends she came extremely early (8am & 9am). The full breakfast & gym were not available. Plus when you asked for extra towels or an iron, it tooks over 24hrs to get it. My room key kept getting deactivated every other day for some odd reason. It happened so often that the staff no longer had to ask me for ID. Every towel I received had long strains of hair of it daily. Staff was nice, polite & professional.
