Not too bad, can definitely be better
Older hotel, in an averagely good shape. Staff sounds bored to death, but still somehow working well. I reserved a room with a king-size bed, but got 2 queen-size beds instead. This information didn't seem to have made it to them. Go figure. The phone number listed on the Orbtz printout is a FAX number. I'd be stuck at the airport had I relied to call the number for directions. I noted the fact to the receptionist who "conveniently" ignored what I said.

Very Disappointing
Looked nice from outside and convenient to airport and Sea World. Inside was another story. First room given, the key didn't work. Second room given, the air conditioning didn't work. Third room given both worked but there was a slightly musty odor. Since the hotel was sold out there were no more rooms to be moved to and I settled into the room to work. Internet service kept going out and finally couldn't get service at all. Very disappointing.

Acceptable
I was happy with the location. It was close to downtown. Room was clean and there was free parking, rate was good. I would stay there again.

Getting worse
This was our third stay at this Quality Inn. The location is great and provides great access to the Bay, downtown, Ocean Beach, Pacific Beach and Coronado. Unfortunately, the hotel has significantly gone downhill. The hot tub was cold and the pool was hot. We told management three times in our 5 night stay and it never got fixed. The work out room is horrible. The equipment does not work and the water cooler has 3 empty bottles sitting near it. We had 2 rooms. I had to ask three times for my bathroom light to fixed and my son's room did not have a shower curtain for the first 2 nights. Our rooms did not get done till after 3pm each day and the fire alarm malfunctioned twice in the middle of the night. The breakfast room has also deteriorated. The coffee is horrible and they were out of cereal for the first 2 days. However, there is fruit and juice so some healthy choices. The beds are very comfortable and the water pressure in the shower is great. I wish they would get it together because this used to be a great place to stay.

Miguels has amazing Margaritas, Guacomole, and Food, service is great and we make it a point to go every time. Las Primos in Ferry Landing is also great.

there is a bar at the hotel and the music was so loud that we could not sleep at all they even offered to move us but the music filled the whole place do not stay here if u want to sleep!!!

Great Hotel
Staff is friendly and honest. Good breakfast every morning. Walking distance to local stores. I'll use them again.

Just Passing By
Quality Inn Airport Sea World Area
An average hotel with an above average rate. I booked online to ensure a place to stay for the night. If I would have known, I found better hotel in a better location offering a better nightly rates while driving around. Staff were helpful, location is not very desirable for vacationers, but a good enough hotel for a 1 night stay. Might not be suitable for anybody planning on staying longer than 1 night. Given the age of the building and the location of the facility, a lower rate should make this establishment a more attractive place to stay.

Unbeatable location for the price
Nice hotel,clean, friendly staff- free parking in garage. I would stay there again I just wouldn't pay extra for a Bay view couldnt see the bay- just the tops of the boats.

Horrible for family vacation
Most unfriendly staff, and rude also. Parking is a problem. After being charged the $7 fee per night, did not find a parking, and was told to park in the street, but unable to guarantee that it wont be towed away..... Quite rude front desk person.... [...] was his name.
