Great value!

The room was clean and everything worked! The only problem we encountered were grayish towels and washcloths upon arrival to our room. The staff was cleaning another room, so I took those towels to her and she gave me fresh ones, and that never happened again. It was nice and quiet! For what we paid, this was just right!

Cabrillo National Park is a must see. Only $5 for car load, but has history.

Nice for the Price

Part of a package with rental car. Old motel in great location. Old TV and threadbear towels. Bed and wifi fine. Good value for the price if you do not expect to hang around the motel all day.

slow wifi

be prepared that you computer may not work up to speed with the most-time-clogged wifi there. I have to call the front dest multiple time when the wireless router stops working to reset it. other than that the hotel seems good and clean.

Find Somewhere Else

This hotel has possibly the worst staff and service of any place I have ever stayed. Upon arrival I was told there were absolutely no rooms available, even though the parking lot was empty! I finally obtained a room after asking to speak to the manager, and had been switched from a non smoking room to a smoking room. The desk clerk gave me a non-working key and I finally had to have a maintenance person open the door for me. They ended up having to change out the door lock, no mention or offer to change rooms or upgrade. With all of the other places to stay in the area choose another place!

60th Birthday Vacation

The walls were so paper thin I could hear my neighbors talking til I knocked myself out with sleeping pulls at 11:30 pm, had to be up ast 3:30 for early morning flight-neve again! (and they didn't even have a wash cloth nor a bathmat)

Not Clean

The is by far the worst hotel we have ever stayed in. I stayed in a non smoking room & the bedding was smoked in and the hotel cleaning crew didnt empty trash, clean room, change sheets, the carpet was nasty, very out dated bedding and decor!
