Homestead San Diego - Mission Valley

Horrible hotel, gave a smoking roon instead on non-smoking, the bed was broken when asked to repair, they just said no othher room change. The worst was the moring, no water in the restroom for 3 hours. One of the most horrible hotels i have ever lived in.

Good Room. Accessible bathroom. Stained bathroom floor from repairs. Broken TV, did not repair or replace. Did not adjust for inconvience.

Visiting my friends

I was visiting San Diego for business and stayed at this hotel. My stay was quite good, for the price I payed I have no compalints. Don't expect too much because there is room service only available at request. If you plan to only come and sleep at night than this is your place!

When I arrived there was no room readily available at 4:45pm. The room I was given finally, did not receive a good cleaning. The sheets had stains and i'm not sure they were changed. The bathroom floor had hair on it and the towels needed to be replenished. Upon notifying the housekeeper she did come back, but how could the room have been offered to someone in the those conditions? I dont think I will be interested in staying at another homestead. The iron was broken and replaced with another that was barely working. After I had complained about the room not being clean the housekeeper made a statement showing me her key "I can come back anytime to fix things", which made me uncomfortable the duration of my trip for the safety of my belongings, while I was away from the room. I am aware the staff have keys but it was not necessary to be reminded in that way. Not a good experience for me.

OK property but poor management!

This hotel was disgusting! The towels had MUD on them!!!! Everything was very gross.

We had booked for two people with queen beds...they gave us one bed. Unwilling to help us out...not even a cot.The quote was " check with Orbitz." Our shower had no shower curtain. Difficult showers in the morning.

Basic furnished rooms have seen better days, but still comfortable. Good temp control and kitchen appliances however, silverfish in bathroom weren't a good sign. Passed a guy in pj's, smoking a cig and talking on his phone when I went to park. It was early afternoon. He was there a half-hour later as I was leaving and still there when I returned after dinner. With plenty of parking spaces why leave your car in the driveway for two days? Did not have any specific complaints but just had an odd feeling about the place and the price was decent. Lobby had cheap perfumey cleaner smell.
