Staff were very pleasant, and quick to help with any needs that came up during our stay. It would have been nice to have a fridge in the room, and there was a slight musty odor to the room, but other than that, comfortable, clean, and pleasant.

great location for football fans
its the best location for the football stadium. the air condition unit was a little noisy. i requested a refrigerator and the staff took care that right away. their room service including the menu is excellent... i will definitely request this location for my next football game.........thank you zoe

unhappy customer..
Not Very Satisfied :(
The room was ok, I guess.. the food from the restaurant needs improvement. breakfast was pretty bad. Pancakes were rubbery, coffee was old. Not too happy with that. What really caught me by surprise is the charges form the hotel. they did not specified if they were charging for internet services.. Well! surprise when i saw my bill. If you stay here, ask for detail charges.. unsatisfied client.. :(

Great staff
I was in San Diego for family business and a funeral. The hotel is close to Mission Valley/Allied Gardens area but is not in the hotel circle area. While the hotel is right on 15 it is not overly noisy, makes it easy to get to places. Breakfast in hotel is very good and not the one of the mediocre meals you get with other breakfast/included rooms. Service was very good. Have stayed here before and will return again.

Trip for Family business.
Staff (both front desk and cleaning) was courteous and efficient. Room was clean but desk chair was broken. After telling front desk about the problem a new chair was located. Some of the furnishing were starting to show wear 'n tear. Would suggest that rooms need to be inspected from time to time. Would stay there again, though.

Very bad view, good location
The location of the hotel and the beds were comfortable. Although, the service wasn't the greatest, the room wasn't in good condition (the bathroom door knob was broken) and the room was also lacking in convinience (no refridgerator or coffee table).

It takes only 10 minutes to drive to Convoy street where all kinds of restaurnats are gathered.

Tired travelor
Just an OK place to stay
The room was very noisy. I could hear people as they walked down the hall, and if someone closed their door I could hear it clearly in my room. I stayed 3 nights and couldn't get a restful nights sleep. I was awakened several times each night. I stay in a lot of hotels and this has to be the noisiest one I have stayed in. The rooms are old, but were clean and well maintained. The restaurant ran out of items on the menu. Service was slow, the food was just adequate.

Good Hotel
Overall, the hotel was very nice. Staff was friendly and very helpful. Two cons however: the parking spots are very small/close to one another and the fitness center only had three pieces of exercise equipment (one of which was broke).

Nice Place
Everyone was very helpful and professional. Even the maids were great! The hotel was spotless and nicely decorated. The bed was marvelous. Comfey, compfey. I slept great! There were lots of places to eat close by and even a Walmart 2 blocks away. I love Walmart.

There is a Jack-in-the-Box, if you are in a hurry, right next door. Lots of nicer dining within a two block area.
