Just OK
The hotel was clean and the parking was underground. The location was pretty good - close to freeways. The restaurant had a good morning buffet. The pool area was not acceptable to us. Not comfortable, no music, no bar.

Close to Fashion Valley Mall and good restaurants. Close to several beaches and San Diego Embarcadero and other attractions.

Hilton Mission Valley
We were in San Diego to visit our Navy son and his family. We stayed at the Hilton and availed ourselves of the restaurant, bar/lounge, and the business center. Everything was very good. Restaurant servers remembered us and were always friendly and quite helpful Valet service personnel were outstanding and very personable. We would stay here again.

Beautiful hotel - lousy pool area
The hotel was beautiful, staff were friendly and very helpful especially helping us different sites in the San Diego area. The room was clean, my dog tagged along with and the hotel had little treats for her. The bar was a little pricey with $10.00 shots and $9.00 glasses of Baileys Irish Creme. The breakfast buffet was well stocked and organized. The pool area leaves alot to the imagination. I realize that this is more of a business hotel, but the pool area looks unkept and buried in the back of the lot. Pool was clean although.

We stayed at this property while on vacation in San Diego. We very disappointed with how we were treated by the staff. The rate was definately not worth the $50 we saved by booking through [...] via directly with the hotel. The hotel told us had we booked directly we would have had a better room with a safe, fridge and free internet accees. Plus we would have been placed on the Hilton Honors floor. [...]

Let Down
They hit you with a 14$ self-park charge when you check in. We got in late and wanted to unwind with a glass of wine and found out that not only was their bar closed by Midnight, but so was Room Service.

Hilton San Diego Mission Valley
It was OK but the rooms do not have microwaves or refrigeraters, and you have to pay to park on the hotel premises. I will not ever stay there again nor would I recommend it to anyone.
