Airport Shuttle
Not a bad hotel at all. It's very big and labyrinthine. It's one of those places that seems like it was the greatest place in the world in the mid 80's. It has been well taken care of - it didn't feel old or worn out. I had the misfortune of having 2 busloads of middle schoolers staying while I was there, plus a live band and a DJ in the 2 ballrooms. Considering that, I guess it was about as good as could have been expected. Not the hotel's fault, but they were a bit loud. The reason I booked this hotel was for the free airport shuttle. It started at 5:30 and ran every hour on the half. It only took about 10-20 minutes to get there. Overall not the greatest hotel in the world but no real complaints.

Redesign bathroom!!!!
sink to small in bathroom, faucet went to far into sink and far to tall, hit head on it while trying to rinse face and water went all over clothing, requested wake up call, didn't get one, microwave didn't work, circuit breaker went off, not waste paper basket in bathroom, toilet paper hard to reach, bad toilet paper holder, toilet paper fell on floor and rolled away, bathroom design and amenities all wrong!! TV turner didn't work, they brought new one, it didn't work either. Didn't go too well! Bed was good!

Sheraton needs upgrade
Sterile environment - pictures, furniture would be welcome. Location is excellent for business. Maid had to be asked to provide soap/towels on arrival.

Took an hour to look for a parking space
The parking lot was full on 9/11 evening for some event and there was no direction for other available parking facility for hotel guests. We drove for an hour to look for a space around 10:00pm... The parking lot was pretty vacant during other time.

Good Amenities, but out of the way
Great amenities, but a little out of of the way from where I needed to go. Often got lost and the people meeting me at the hotel got lost. Other than that, the room was very nice. Wifi was very slow.

Pretty good for the price
Great hotel, a little old, but very clean and the service was great. Close to the freeway and not too far from downtown. Breakfast isn't always included with your room, so be sure to ask as you are checking in. This place was a great find and I would stay here again.

The good, the badd, and the really ugly
I recieved good customer service upon arrive to the hotel. The hotel room was nice. I like the room setting. I did not like the rug they had in the hallway; it gave me a headache just by looking at. I didnt like the fact that the fitness center wasn't 24hrs. They should have a check out drop box. It would be much easier then going to the fron desk and check out.
