ESA San Diego-Hotel Circle

From the second we checked in it wasn't a good experience. The staff that checked us in was awful and had poor customer service. We got to the room and the room was in OK condition but not what you expect when you first enter the room. I needed to go get extra towels and blankets because there were hardly any towels in the room and the blankets are super thin. When I checked out the staff was rude and by the time I got home I found that the hotel double charged me. That was such a pleasant suprise. I've stayed at many hotels in San Diego and I can honestly say this is the worst one I've ever stayed at.

We were initially given a room that was not clean. We then were given a room with a smaller bed than we reserved. The place was not well kept. The staff Sid the best they could but there were alot of problems. I definitely would not stay there again.

Slow check in Needed more TP, the maid didn't have it on the cart and said I should go to front desk to get it - didn''t offer to get it for me. You've got to be kidding! No washcloths in bathroom had to use hand towel No breakfast, etc.

Nice clean and quiet. Off of the main road so it was quiet and peaceful!

Drab and stark but basically adequate. Too expensive for what it offered.

The hotel was easy to find from the freeway and was in close proximity for shopping and other major attractions. It was nice to have a fully stocked kitchen with silverware in our room to cook quick meals and refrigerate baby food. The hotel was quiet and peaceful and everyone was very helpful. My only concern is to bring your own shampoo because there was non provided.

Location was near highways and shopping malls and area attractions. Description of hotel deceiving, no pool, work out area, and no continental breakfast available at this hotel. Not specified in description which hotels had these available. Disappointed that this hotel had none of these. Hotels nearby had the extras for about the same price.

Very clean room. Just the TV is kind of small. Remeber the whole 3rd floor are somking rooms.

The hotel was ok. Close to restaurants and shoppping and easy freeway access.

Since I checked in late after all day at the airshow, I didn't spend much time there, but it was nice to check into a clean, quiet room after a long day. It was a good place to stay and the price was right. It had a kitchenette and had I stayed longer, I know I would have appreciated it.
