Doubletree Hotel San Diego-Mission Valley

extremely happy with the stay and service. Only down part was parking and parking fee. I think just a little to much for doing self parking at a hotel.

We were here for a DOVE Chocolate Discoveries conference and really loved how close everything is. Great location and very nice hotel. The breakfast is excellent too!

Our stay at the doubletree hotel was very enjoyable. Checking in was a breeze and received complimentary cookies which was delicious! The rooms were nice, comforting and modern. Covered parking lot that had tons of spaces but a $16 fee. I would definitely stay there again!

From the pleasant personalities at the check-in desk (and complimentary warm chocolate cookies!), to the clean, modern and spacious room, I have no hesitation in recommending this hotel. The location is not near most typical destinations, HOWEVER the red line trolley stops literally across the street.

I've stayed at this location several times. The parking garage is located quite close and has ample spaces, the room is excellent; wide, spacious and cozy. This latest stay it seemed like the front desk was occupied with other tasks, so my check-in was not as efficient as past stays. All in all I would not hesitated to use this hotel again.

This was my second stay at the property. It offers comfortable accommodations, the convenience of a self-service laundry and easily accessible to all major highways. The staff are welcoming and helpful. If there was a downside it is the overnight parking for hotel guests is a little pricey, but I know I will return and stay there again.

While the recently upgraded accomodations were wonderful, we could not give a better overall rating because the hotel has a practice of over-booking. The room we received was not the Executive Level room we selected. At least 2 other guests were overheard at the front desk with similar issues. Unfortunately, the staff was insensitive to the frustration factor associated with the inconvenience. Nevertheless, the rooms are spacious, well-appointed, and the breakfast buffet was delicious.

A large modern, very clean room, very comfortable. It could pass for one of the hotels near the water by the convention center.

Four days of Comic-Con. Trolley across the street and shuttle pick-up right outside. Supermarket walking distance away and found more stores across the river. Remodel'd room was modern and spacious. Grabbed a beer at the bar and enjoyed everyday!
