Days Hotel - Hotel Circle

I found the reviews on here to be a lie and mis-leading. I never put down establishments and I always give everyone the benefit of the doubt. I was forced however on this trip to relocate to a cleaner hotel and recommend no one to stay here! To sum it up I paid $700 roundtrip to stay a week in San Diego I found mold on the ceiling of my hotel room ( the smell was immense) the door hinges were wrecked and the moisture in the room was obivous to be the cause of the mold. When I woke up to a box of lube, toys and dvd's outside my door I decided it was time to go! When I spoke to the hotel staff they said I could not be refunded and there was no manager on staff that day to talk to. I left my information, no one has yet to call. I went to San Diego for a week and payed $1200 in hotel fees. I would have rather went to Hawaii.

This is the second time I've reserved a room at this hotel. The first time in December 2005 we reserved the family suite, my daughter was so appalled at the condition of the room, shabby furniture, dirty carpeting that she refused to have her small children sleep there and we moved to a different hotel. This time when I pulled up to the hotel and realized where I was I almost checked out before checking in, but I decided to see the room first. They have done extensive updating on the furnishings and the room was clean enough so I decided to stay. For three nights I suffered through the loudest, rudest, most obnoxious group of hotel guests possible. You might wonder why I didn't call the office and complain..FEAR OF POSSIBLE CONSEQUENCES TO PERSON AND PROPERTY...these guests were young, large, and scarey...they were drunk, rude, and seemingly violent and a group of them were right next door to my room..when I checked out I did complain and found out no one else had complained either..I guarantee that a large number of other guest experienced this all night revelry...next trip I'll be finding a different place to stay in Hotel Circle.

Not that great of a hotel, but the worst part was the windows...there were no blackout curtains, only the sheer white ones so anyone walking by could see into your room. Also, the windows were either really thing or not sealed well because I could very clearly hear everyone walking by and the traffic on the street outside.

I was in San Diego for a conference and needed a room for the night. The room was clean and close to the conference location.

advertised free shuttle service dont bother to mention it ends at 10 so you end up spending $22 for taxi to get to hotel from airport[...]

wonderful people,really helpful. clean room, but, I was itching all night and killed several small black bugs.

Things to know: 1. you need to call the hotel to schedule the airport shuttle 2. if you have a car be sure to register for onsite parking; otherwise you may be towed (without warning) 3. you might need to call the front desk a couple of times for an actual working internet access code

Ok location, not enough parking for guest. Drove around for over half an hour had to park down the street and walk a few blocks to hotel. They really need more parking spaces.
