Great location, price & staff!
Great place, affordable, clean, wonderful & friendly staff (evertone from front desk to housekeeping as wellas maintenance staff said hello and asked if they could make my stay any better!)Have already recommeded this particular place to everyone I know!

Great Mini-Vacation
I went to San Diego to attend an event and to get away from the crazy Los Angeles lifestyle. My stay was really enjoyable, the employees were really respectful and provided great customer service. In comparison to other hotels that I had stayed in the Days Hotel was the greatest. I highly recommend this hotel.

Treated like a star!
First of all, our stay was the BEST ever! When we arrived by Amtrak train, [...], from Days Inn, made sure we received the BEST treatment as possible. Besides [...] (Hotel Manager) &[...] (shuttle driver), they all went above & beyond their job. I've never felt so appreciated for staying there! What a Fantastic Hotel & we definitely will stay again! They all made our stay memorable! What a fantastic group of workers!

Great Location, Clean Hotel
This hotel is in hotel circle...there are many there. It is a standard motel. What I really liked about it was it was very clean...quiet too considering the highway is right there. The only thing I didn't like about this hotel is when our neighbor went in and out of their room the door slamming was very loud in our room. It didn't happen much as either we weren't there that much or our neighbors weren't there much. The staff was nice. Twice I asked for clean pool towels and they were at our door in minutes. Did a great job resupplying our room. Small fridge and microwave in each room. Pool was nice - also has hot tub. Continental breakfast of mini bagels, mini muffins, yogurt, fruit, juice, water coffee, and tea - very busy and well stocked. That was my kids favorite "restaurant" because they had chocolate chip muffins:) Great location to downtown San Diego, Sea World, Zoo, lightrail train station to downtown, etc. Many restaurants within 5 minute drive. Our family had a great time. Would definitely stay here again. Restaurant recommendations: - Fish Market - downtown San Diego (sit outside along the water) - Fillippe's - Little Italy downtown San Diego - good pizza and pasta - In and Out - 10 minutes away - an icon We didn't like the Cheesecake Factory at Fashion Valley Mall - we usually like it, but this one didn't meet our standards.

Super clean, friendly staff..the ONLY negative is there was no breakfast included. The cleanliness, the nice support staff, and the great location made up for it's only negative mark.

UCSD Trip
1- I visited University of California: San Diego, the San Diego Zoo, Sea World, as well as the Museum of Art in the Balboa Park. All of this in around 5 full days. It was very pleasant because all landmarks were in very close locations from the hotel, therefore we did not have to waste so much time in driving. 2- There was nothing missing, the hotel rooms were clean, the service was great, and even the breakfast that they served was plentiful and tasty. I would have stayed for a longer time, if we planed to make the trip longer! 3- Even though this was the first time I have been in a hotel in San Diego area, I can easily say that the service that I received and the hotel room that I stayed in was perfect for my trip.

On the other side of the freeway, the fashion valley is an excellent place if you enjoy shopping. By car it is only 5 mins distance, and walking around 15-20 minutes.
