Good price, good restaurant
The room included a frige and microwave, which are nice touches for an inexpensive motel. The decorations were drab but the room was clean. My kids loved the pool and spa, but, although we were told pool towels would be delivered, they never were.

Pretty good, overall
I like the name of Days and have stayed at others, but this location, while great within San Diego and convenient, always seems to be so busy and noisy during the summer, which is always when I come to San Diego. Kids hang out smoking on the railing, etc. and it seems to always be a 'party hotel.' I look for a bit of peace and quiet when I come, and will probably have to look elsewhere. I realize the outside 'hallways' to Days probably attract that atmosphere. Otherwise, the room was great, a lot of nice amenities and the beds are comfortable. Also, the parking lot is really, really cramped, liked you tried to get as much as parking as possible in there, but when you have a rental car that you will get charged for if something happens, it's not great. I also realize that real estate is at a premium in Hotel Circle. All in all, it was a pretty good stay. Thanks!

Unbeatable location for the price
We just needed a place to lay our sleepy heads before playing on the beach, oh and a place to shower that wasn't too expensive and not too far away from The Beach. Days offered all of these things. The pool sucked. The plants were awesome. Pam Pam was way better for breakfast then dinner...No One delivers pizza to hotel circle apparently, that was frustrating. It's not The Hilton but it worked :)

Not too shabby for the price
The hotel was decent for the price we paid (about 100 including tax). All surrounding hotels (3 stars or above) were pricier. The hotel is pretty old but it was clean regardless. The room has nice features such as microwave, a decent size fridge, coffee maker etc.

Thank you reviewers!
After reading the great reviews about this hotel, I went for it. Considering the great price, I loved this place. Had everything we needed. Kids ate free at the hotel restaurant every day! Beautifully landscaped, nice heated pool. It was great, would do it again.

Great experience
This was our first trip to San Diego. The hotel is centrally located and just a few minutes' drive from most area attractions. The room was clean and comfortable. We would definitely stay here again.

Not worth price
This is not a place to go if you are expecting service (other than housekeeping) or a quiet experience. I had the STAFF outside my door as late as Midnight cussing, yelling, or talking. There were many families with no control of their kids and no help from the hotel. The pool is tiny. The picture online is very deceptive. There are many areas that are unsafe and poorly lit (especially the pool and soda machines). The staff is rude and short with customers. And, the outside of the hotel is run down and looks like what you would expect from a hotel that houses prostitutes and drug dealers. However, housekeeping did an excellent job. They are very kind and efficient. I would often come to my room for lunch and it was very clean and neat. They were second to none!
